Travel Registration
for Fall 2008 / Spring 2009 is now closed. In-town
registration will open on or about 5/17
Travel Soccer players are required to register for both
seasons of the upcoming soccer year (Fall 2008 AND
Spring 2009). Registration for Haverhill PAL Soccer's
Travel program will be held at:
St. James Field on Primrose Street
Saturday April 26th, 2008
from 9AM-2PM
On-line Travel Program registration will be open until from April 1
until April 30, 2008.
Children from age eight to thirteen are eligible to play. The
youngest eligible children must have turned 8 years old
before August 1, 2008. The oldest eligible children must
NOT have turned 14 years old before August 1, 2008.
U16+ is a spring-only sport. Registration is during the month of
November.
Please include with the registration
form (if registering in-person on 4/26):

A
check made
payable to “Haverhill PAL”,

A copy of the player’s birth
certificate and
-
A photo of the player, a 1” x 1” head
shot or wallet size.
On-line registrants will need to
bring the player’s birth certificate (#2) and photo (#3) to the
in-person registration table.
Players interested in the Travel
Program must be registered prior to evaluations which
will be held during the Month of May or June, date and
time to be listed on our website,
www.haverhillpal.org
Multi-Child Discount:
For
U9 - U14, travel program registrations occur annually
for the combined fall 2008 - spring 2009 Season.

For
families having all travel players or all in-town
players, the multi-child discount will work properly
on-line and at in-person signups.

For
families having one or more travel AND one or more
in-town players, please sign-up your in-town player
in-person and present your travel receipt to the
registrar for use in the fall 2008 in-town signup
AND the Spring 2009 in-town signup.

An on-line Registration fee of 6.5% of the total
registration plus $1.00 per registration is applied by
our provider,

No Refunds
after rosters are made and Fees are paid.
